In order to secure your accommodation you are required to pay a booking fee of £250. The booking fee is non refundable if you decide to cancel.

At the beginning of your tenancy, the booking fee of £250 will convert to a damage deposit which will be refunded at the end of your contract, less any charges for damage, rent or other charges due.

Liverpool is more than just a city with a big reputation - It's the centre of a vast area of beauty, culture and entertainment that deserves exploration. Many of the attractions on offer are superb value or even free. 

You’ll find the world famous Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, the legendary Everyman Theatre and two majestically different cathedrals. Not to mention the ornate Philharmonic pub where the Beatles used to meet, fabulous hotels, exceptional shopping and some of the finest restaurants. And Liverpool has the finest collection of museums and galleries outside of any capital city.

You will find almost every form of retail therapy in Liverpool and elsewhere in the City Region. City Centre Liverpool boasts some of the largest big-name High Street stores in the country. It's hardly surprising that most people will think of The Beatles when "Liverpool" and "music" are mentioned. But for anyone who knows music, the Fab Four are just part of a musical culture that has been part of the city's lifeblood for generations.

Liverpool has an enviable sporting heritage too. It is home to the Grand National – the most famous horse race in world, two Premier League football clubs in Liverpool and Everton, and a world class golfing venue in Royal Birkdale – to name but a few.

Just a short drive from Liverpool is the classic seaside resort of Southport, with its award-winning family beaches and superb shopping, as well as a fantastic annual line-up of events that can't fail to keep you entertained.

Europa sits within easy reach of all these local attractions as well as each of the City’s universities. The large student population here means that all your social needs are satisfied in the form of pubs, bars, clubs and a plethora of leisure activities.
