In order to secure your accommodation you are required to pay a booking fee of £250. The booking fee is non refundable if you decide to cancel.
At the beginning of your tenancy, the booking fee of £250 will convert to a damage deposit which will be refunded at the end of your contract, less any charges for damage, rent or other charges due.

The Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames is an historic market town with a variety of attractions, both old and new. From cruising up the river or cycling the towpath to supping drinks at a riverside bar or hitting the dance floor, Kingston has it all.
Places to visit include Hampton Court Palace, one of the world’s finest Royal Palaces, which first came to use as home to King Henry VIII and boasts extensive parkland and gardens and a famous maze.
There are numerous other museums, theatres and galleries in the area but for those in need of a greater adrenaline rush, there are also several Theme Parks within reach including Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures.
All your shopping needs are catered for too. Kingston has been named ‘premier retail centre in the South East of England’ and there is 3.5 million sq ft of shop floor to explore.
Opposite Quebec House is The Rotunda leisure complex. Open 7 days a week until late, The Rotunda offers a choice of venues including a 14 screen Odeon cinema – the largest in the UK, David Lloyd Leisure Club and a 16-lane Megabowl, as well as a variety of 7 restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The perfect tonic for a heavy study session!

Leave the M25 at Junction 12 (M3) towards London. At Junction 1 take the A308 at Sunbury Cross and follow signs to Kingston. We are opposite the train station, NCP car park 50m past us on Cromwell Rd
Cromwell Rd bus station is next door to us. Buses run between here and Heathrow (111/285) as well as throughout the local area.
Easy! Weare opposite Kingston train station which is served by South West Trains. The London Underground’s District line runs frequently to and from Wimbledon and Richmond, and both have good links with Kingston by rail and by bus.
